Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Jackie and I’m a therapist who believes in creating a safe, affirming space for everyone, exactly as they are.
As a neurodivergent therapist, I bring lived experience and deep empathy to my work. I understand what it’s like to feel “different” in a world that often pushes people to conform to narrow ideals. My practice is grounded in the belief that all bodies, minds, and identities are inherently worthy of care, respect, and compassion.
I specialize in working with clients who are navigating self-acceptance, body image, neurodiversity, and identity exploration. Whether you’re seeking support with anxiety, relationships, trauma, or simply finding your voice, my goal is to walk alongside you as you uncover your strengths and build a life that feels authentic to you.
My approach to therapy is client-centered, trauma-informed, and rooted in radical acceptance.
I understand that healing looks different for everyone, and I’m here to collaborate with you in a way that honors your unique needs and goals.
My practice is welcoming to all—people of all sizes, neurotypes, genders, sexualities, and cultural backgrounds. You deserve a space where you can feel seen, heard, and celebrated for who you are.
If you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here to meet you with compassion, curiosity, and hope. Let’s start this journey together.
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Maryland. In 2012 I got a Masters in Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and had post-graduate studies in Psychotherapy at Bowie State University. I began counseling in private practice in 2018. Prior to that, I worked in crisis intervention and inpatient care.
